How to start a return
- Email info@etsgroup.us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the address to ship to.
- Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method - usually within 3-5 business days.
Lifetime warranty
Every ETS loader is backed by a lifetime warranty. If it ever breaks under normal use, we'll replace it free. Reach out with your order details and a photo and we'll take care of it.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund - no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
