Processing & delivery
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
- Order cutoff: orders placed before 1PM ET on a business day typically ship the same day.
- Carrier: USPS / UPS depending on destination and weight.
- Where we ship from: our facility in Tennessee, USA.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed automatically when your label is created. If you didn't get it, check your spam folder or contact us at info@etsgroup.us and we'll resend it.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States.
Magazine items - state restrictions. Magazines (not loaders) cannot be shipped to the following states due to local laws: CA, CO, CT, DC, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, RI, VT, and WA. Speed loaders ship to all 50 states. If a magazine item can't ship to your address, we'll let you know and refund that item.
